When car was returned, boot was in disarray parcel shelf was down and unable to get roof down. I was invited to garage but told I could probably sort it myself

I booked my car in for a service, as the car stated it needed one. I was not told it didn't need one. I took it for it's service, waited most of the day to find out they had done nothing to it, because it actually needed an MOT.

The service receptionist Tracy was excellent, kept me fully informed, got me a coffee and arranged a lift home and kept me upto date of what was happening, a very professional manner.
